  1. Retreats & Events: Payments are non-refundable but may be transferable to another date or participant with written notice at least 14 days prior.

  2. Digital Programs: Due to instant access, all sales are final. However, if you're genuinely unsatisfied, email us for possible alternatives.

  3. Merchandise: If a product arrives damaged, we will offer an exchange. No refunds on spiritual tools unless faulty.
